The English title of this book is "Complete Origami" and is still easily available. Apart from a lot of beautiful models this book also has a comprehensive, very informative text part. It presents various techniques and materials and includes models from simple to complex. Different variations of Origami like Kusudamas, Kirigami and napkin folding are described with nice examples.
